Shipping:

  • We will provide free ground shipping on orders above $200, and a flat rate $10 ground shipping on orders below $200. Expedited shipping can be provided for $25, and overnight delivery is available for an additional fee (to be quoted upon request).
  • Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email including tracking information when your order ships. Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location, but usually will arrive within 3-7 business days. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to holidays and weather. If you need your items sooner, please consider selecting expedited shipping during checkout. Moosh is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
  • Local pick-up is available for free! Please select “local pickup” under delivery options at checkout, and we will email you when your order is available for pickup. Orders placed for pickup will typically be fulfilled the next weekday morning. If you have already placed your order and need your item by a specific day and time, please call the store so we can help you.
  • Delivery: we offer limited delivery for a flat fee of $8 within the metro-Atlanta area (meaning, you have an Atlanta shipping address) by selecting “local delivery” during checkout. Orders placed for local delivery within the delivery area will be fulfilled 1-2 business days of the order. We will email you if you are outside the delivery zone once we start fulfilling your order. If you the item sooner, please consider free, local pick-up.

  • Damaged items can be returned for a full refund, but you must contact us within 2 days of receipt to initiate the return. Click on the “Initiate Return” link in your orders page and follow the prompts to request a return for a damaged item

  • Returns must be postmarked within the 14 day window, and return shipping costs will not be covered by Moosh (except for damaged items approved for return by Moosh)

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our inspection upon receipt according to the requirements outlined in the return policy, and the item will be returned to you. Moosh is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
